Brenda Lambert disappeared the night of her son's first birthday party. Her car, purse, keys, and clothing were left behind. A person of interest has never been arrested. A Freedom of Information Act request for the original case file and 2003 pond search records was filed with the Mercer County Sheriff's Office in August 2026.
Meriwether County, GA · Missing Aug 13, 2021 — Remains Confirmed Aug 2023
Olivia Fowler left her boyfriend's home for a cigarette at 2am and never returned. The FBI joined the case in May 2022. Her remains were confirmed by DNA testing in August 2023. Cause of death has never been publicly disclosed, and the investigation remains active.
Paulding County, GA · Died May 2017 — Inquest Ordered 2026
Heather Turner's death was ruled a suicide by the Paulding County Sheriff's Office in February 2026, following a GBI review. The county coroner, who was on scene in 2017, has publicly declined to sign off on that ruling and has ordered a rare coroner's inquest, sending the manner of death to a jury in January 2027.
